High hardness Polyurethane (PU) Conical Tyre

Physical character: Made by cast or injection molding with high quality polyester, polyether, polyurethane, PU or TPU. 1. Most of the plastic has strong corrosion resistance and does not react with acid or alkali. 2. Plastic manufacturing cost is low. 3. Durable, waterproof, and lightweight. 4. Easy to mold into various shapes. 5. Good insulator. 6. Plastic can be used to produce fuel oil and fuel gas, thereby reducing oil consumption. Material advantage: It exhibits excellent performance in chemical erosion resistance, impregnant resistance, ozone resistance, radiation resistance, aging resistance, hydrolysis resistance, as well as high tensile strength, tear resistance, high impact resistance, high bending strength, and low compression set, among others. Its abrasion resistance is five times that of pure natural rubber, its oil resistance is three to five times that of NBR rubber, and it boasts high elasticity—65%—with outstanding compression resistance at high temperatures. The hardness range is wider, from 60 to 95 Shore A, and it has very good adhesion to metal materials. It is a new macromolecular material that is rapidly evolving.
