Our factory is specialized in oil seals diameter from 10mm to 2500mm. Framework oil seal is one of oil seals. The lips seal ring is installed in one side of rotating shaft in equipment for sealing liquid or lubricating grease, and the pressure should be less than 0.05 MPa in sealing cavity.

In some market, oil seal also is called shaft oil seal, hydraulic oil seal, transmission oil seal, oil seal retainer, oil seal cuff, mechanical seal and so on.

TC features:
The outer parts of TC oil seal is rubber elastomer, sealing lip contains spring, and inner parts has metal framework. The front sides of sealing lip and dust-proof lip are processed by machine tools, which could supply precise products. Compare with TC, TG oil seal has one more sealing lip to avoid leaking, which brings to better sealing effects.

Application:
Rotating shaft oil seal is widely used in engineering machinery and processing equipment, such as rotating shaft of electric motor and gearbox, transmission shaft of rolling mill and heavy machine, (hub, bearing, differential mechanism, forklift, excavator, reduction box, pump, motor, etc. )
